To Constance ... this is the one word she doesn't want to hear at all. She would rather do anything else. She will beg to to go Grandma and Grandpa's house or anyone else's house, just so she doesn't have to go shopping. Unfortunately for her, there are times she has to go shopping ...
To Jordan ... this is one of his favorite things to do. He gets so excited. The only place he didn't like to go and would actually start crying when we pulled in the parking lot was WalMart. In the mornings when we are getting the boys dressed, Jordan always asks: "Exercise?" If we answer no he asks "shopping?". Crazy kid actually enjoys it ... which is helpful since he gets to go with me a lot.
On one such occasion ... Constance and Dominic were with my parents and Mike and I took Jordan with us (makes things a lot easier on my mom ... go figure). Jordan was so happy to be going shopping and having time with Mommy and Daddy. We took him to Opry Mills Mall. He had decided he was going to wear his little rainboots ... which everyone seemed to love. Instead of riding in the stroller ... he helped push it. We quickly found out he didn't like the noisey hippo outside the Rainforest Cafe ... He couldn't get far enough away from it. He did like the big butterfly though. They also have a train you can ride from one area to another ... He loves trains ... evidently ... he loves them from a distance. He wasn't about to ride it.
Never a dull moment. We had fun.
