Rain ... Rain ... and More Rain

It has been raining a lot the last few days. The dog dishes are overflowing ... they actually were overflowing 2 days ago. The ground is saturated and they are calling for more rain. Constance in her innocence asked ... "Didn't Heavenly Father promise Noah that he wouldn't flood the earth? It isn't supposed to flood."

My brother has a farm that we like to spend time at. We found out that he went there today because of all the rain. They have a nice pond and the water is overflowing the banks of the pond. The pond is fed from a spring ... the spring is now a beautiful waterfall and it is coming fast. Kam was trying to divert some of the water to relieve some stress from the banks of the pond. We got in the car and headed out to the farm to see what was going on and if there was anything they needed. We weren't exactly dressed for the occasion ... we were still in our dresses from church ... it was interesting walking through all the water. Of course Constance had to go through the water several times ... for some reason her shoes kept getting dirty ... go figure.

By the time we left it had started raining again.
